• End users wishing to establish a new account with us may register an account with us using the form below.

  • Affiliates should create end user accounts using their admin portal so they retain control of their client's tenancy.

    DigitalUmbrella by RegistryCloud's business model is to partner with IT and digital marketing professionals ("Affiliates"). This includes IT people, Managed Service Providers (MSP's), web designers, and digital/marketing agencies. We interact with End Users only for billing, licensing, and service-level purposes. We do not compensate Affiliates, but we give them complete administrative control over your services--they generally need this level of access because they will be your local and first point of contact if you have issues with any of your services.

    Unlike services offered by GoDaddy or Bluehost, our services are generally advanced and customized, and they require expertise to configure them for your needs. Because of the complexity of many of our products, and the significant technical training required for many deployments, DigitalUmbrella by RegistryCloud™ does not market our products directly to End Users. We require that End Users must work through an Affilate--a professional such as a IT or MSP professional, a web designer, or a digital/marketing agency that we have trained to understand our process and product line.

    End Users: We recommend the following prior to creating your own account:

  • Check with your local IT professional, web designer, digital agency, or marketing agency to see if they have already created an account for you.


  • If your IT professional no longer services your existing account and you would like to work either directly with us, or grant access to a professional you are now working with, please submit a ticket by clicking HERE.


  • If you do not have a professional already working with you, you should sign up using the form below, and one of our agents will reach out to you to connect you with an authorized Affiliate or Channel Partner.
