End users wishing to establish a new account with us may register an account with us using the form below.


If you are an existing Affiliate, you should not create a new client account here. Instead, use your Affilate admin portal to create the new client account so they become a tenant in your Admin portal.

DigitalUmbrella by RegistryCloud's business model is to partner with IT and digital marketing professionals ("Affiliates"). This includes IT people, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), web designers, and digital/marketing agencies. We generally only interact with end-users only for billing, licensing, and service-level purposes. We do not compensate Affiliates, but we give them complete administrative control over your services--they generally need this level of access because they will be your local and first point of contact if you have issues with any of your services.

Unlike services offered by GoDaddy or Bluehost, our services are generally advanced and customized, and they require expertise to configure them for your needs. Because of the complexity of many of our products, along with the significant technical training required for many deployments, DigitalUmbrella by RegistryCloud™ does not market our products directly to end-users. Many of our products include not only cloud service applications, but bundles of software designed for IT management, endpoint management, backup, and cybersecurity. These generally require more expertise than the average end user possesses.

For these reasons, we require that end users that have services with us must work through an Affilate--a professional such as a IT or MSP professional, a web designer, or a digital/marketing agency that we have trained to understand our process and product line. If you are an end-user that does not have an approved Affiliate you already work with, we will be happy to assign you one.

Professionals: If you are an IT professional, MSP, or marketing professional, and you would like to consider becoming an Affliate with us, or get more information on how DigitalUmbrella can partner with you to offer robust cloud options to your firm or agency, we would love for you to join our team. End-Users: We recommend the following prior to creating your own account:

  • Check with your local IT professional, MSP, web designer, digital agency, or marketing agency to see if they have already created an account for you.

  • If your IT professional no longer services your existing account and you would like to work either directly with us, or grant access to a professional you are now working with, please submit a ticket by clicking HERE.

  • If you do not have a professional already working with you, you should sign up using the form below, and one of our agents will reach out to you to connect you with an authorized Affiliate or Channel Partner.

  • End users that register for an account below, or that pay for and obtain any services or software from us are subject to our Terms and Conditions and our Cloud Services Agreement. Registering below for an account means that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to our Cloud Services Agreement.
